EDGE26: Emergency Medicine is an eLearning course suited for medical officers, nurses, paramedics and students wishing to upskill in emergency medicine. The course provides a broad introduction to core topics in emergency medicine including ECG and blood gas interpretation, chest pain, headache, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, agitation, first trimester bleeding, paediatric emergencies, trauma, pain management, eye and ENT emergencies

You can learn in your time as you have 12 months to complete the course.

You will be able to obtain a CPD certificate for 36 CPD hours when you complete all 24 modules.

For GPs the course is an accredited CPD activity for the 2023-2025 triennium with ACRRM (Course Code : 35444) and RACGP (Course Code : 1139867: 24.5 Educational Activity and 11.5 Reviewing Performance Hours).
